Her are some of the upcoming fundraisers and purchases we have planned for the coming months

Downtown HUB HQ
We are working with Soft Medicine Sanctuary and other local businesses in downtown Sebastopol, CA to up level the 27,000sqft Basso building into a living embodiment of health and wellness culture in Sonoma County. Our engagement includes developing a new Co-work business incubator on the lower level of the building. We will use this project to pattern for buying and preserving other commercial real estate in Sebastopol. The business incubator will help create more non-profit and social benefit corporations in Sonoma County and beyond.

Land Preservation Projects
We currently have 500 acres of planned acquisition around the US for 2023-2024. Most of these projects are full purchase agreements, some are permanent preservation easement creations on existing residential properties that have unique ecological functions.
We currently have properties in: Kauai, Colorado, Humboldt, Montana & Sonoma.
Our goal is preserve 20,000 acres for ecological education, equitable housing and community development by 2026.

Fundraising
We have some exciting fund raisers in store for the next few months:
-

-
We are working with the city of Sebastopol, grants and private land owners to raise 8 million dollars to create a large central community park in Sebastopol, CA. The property being purchased and developed is a vacant lot adjacent to the existing Sebastopol town square. Buying it will also insure the plans to turn it into a 50 person hotel do not come to be.
